Professionals with very specific industry expertise and a large network of business contacts capable of leading their own practices within their designated business segment are considered. A minimum of ten to fifteen years of industry experience is required.
Analysts and Associates
We seek self-starting, experienced Analysts and Associates with excellent critical thinking skills. Candidates should have investment banking experience, preferably with exposure to M&A. Analytical thinking, interpersonal skills and understanding of financial statements and modeling are musts. Individuals are encouraged to take on a high-level of responsibility and will receive extensive client exposure. Responsibilities include offering memorandum and management presentation development, market research, pitch book production, valuation, due diligence, and process management. Media industry experience is a plus.
Associate qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s Degree; MBA preferred
- 2-5 years of financial/professional services experience; exposure to M&A preferable
- Organized, thorough, and detail oriented

- Pro-active, client-oriented and professional
